We provide stamping and cut to length leveling services for your steel. We operate as a toll processor. Our customers use TRC to supplement capacity, on a regular basis or for periodic production, and to save on capital investment and production costs by outsourcing.

Metal Stamping:

Presses to 220 Tons
30 through 11 gage material
Bed sizes to 40" x 54"
Automatic and Manual operations available
Automated Line can handle up to 40,000 pound coils, .1875" thick to 36" wide

Leveling:

30,000 pound coils from 20" to 60" wide
Ability to process 12 to 30 gage material
Blank sizes from 3" to 144"
Usually a 24-hour turnaround production time

Sheet Shearing:

Up to 144 inch wide
30 through 9 gage material
Coil-to-blank operations
Neatly stacked to your packaging requirements
